Collin Coggins & Garrett Brown

Authors & Professors

Colin and Garrett are authors of "The Unsold Mindset". They are longtime sales leaders, practitioners, teachers, and best friends. They met at a software startup Bitium, which they helped lead to an acquisition by Google. They created and teach the popular course, Sales Mindset for Entrepreneurs, at the University of South California's Marshall School of Business. They are also investors, corporate advisors, and co-founders of Agency 18, a firm that helps mission-driven companies adopt the Unsold Mindset. Sought-after as keynote speakers and guest lecturers, they love connecting with audiences from diverse industries, professions, and backgrounds and showing them that it's possible to successfully sell and lead others without being someone you're not.

Ara Mahdessian

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Graduate of Stanford University. Ara used his background in Engineering & Management Science to help ServiceTitan become the leading software provider for the Home Services Industry. He remains passionate about his philanthropic work with CHLA and loves hitting the slopes when he can.

Vahe Kuzoyan

President & Co-Founder

Vahe is the Co-Founder and President of ServiceTitan. He is responsible for defining the company’s overall product strategy and is the visionary behind ServiceTitan’s technological innovations.

Ross Biestman

Chief Revenue Officer

Ross is the CRO of ServiceTitan and is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing teams. In the past, Ross served as VP of Sales at Lithium and has held roles in software sales, mergers and acquisitions, and business development at various companies.

Rikus Pretorius

SVP, Worldwide Sales

Rikus is the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at ServiceTitan and oversees all aspects of company sales efforts. Previously, Rikus has held roles such as VP of Enterprise Sales at Dialpad as well as VP of North American Sales at Lithium.

Anmol Bhasin

Chief Technology Officer

Anmol is the CTO at ServiceTitan overseeing Product, Engineering and Infrastructure efforts at the company. He led Einstein AI products and platform at Salesforce prior to joining ST. Anmol holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Masters in Computer Science at SUNY, Buffalo.

Alene Aroustamian

Lead Executive Assistant

Alene Aroustamian is a proud Titan for 7 years strong heading Executive Administration, directly supporting ServiceTitan's Co-Founders Ara Mahdessian & Vahe Kuzoyan and Company Culture. She's excited to be back for her 4th Kick Off, sharing the stage with R&R.

Doug Myers

SVP, Operations

Doug joined ServiceTitan as the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations in 2022. He is responsible for revenue strategy and operations, data science, corporate transformation, and pricing.

Nick Anderson

SVP, Customer Success

Nick Anderson is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at ServiceTitan. Nick leads all post-sales organizations including Professional Services, Customer Support, Training, Customer Success, and Advisory Services teams.

Tyson Freeman

Head of Contractor Advisory Services

Tyson has been at ServiceTitan for 3 years and has led Professional Services, Onboarding and Success and recently started the Advisory Services team that helps provide immense value to Titans internally and externally.

Kim Estrada

VP, Professional Services

Kim is an experienced Professional Services Executive who has successfully grown and transformed numerous organizations in her career. Kim started in Customer Service at Apple Computer, which led to leading Professional Services teams at companies including SAP and more before joining ServiceTitan in May 2022.

Amer Mkhalalati

VP, GTM Strategy/Ops

Amer is our VP of GTM Strategy / Ops and has been at ServiceTitan for over 3 years. He has primarily focused on expansion-related roles - including upsell, new trades, ACP etc. More recently - he took on the role of GTM Strategy / Ops - leading sales ops, marketing ops, deal desk, partner ops and continuing his work on expansion.

Tyler Beesley

VP, Business Development

Tyler leads Business Development and partnerships and has been a Titan since February ’19. Previously, he worked at Google, Trane and American Residential Services (ARS) where he focused on partnerships & IoT strategy.
