Once referred to as SKO (Sales Kick Off), TKO evolved in 2020 to be Titan Kick Off. 

Spanning the Revenue Teams, TKO is exactly what it sounds like >> the start of a new fiscal year and opportunity to unify our customer facing and supporting teams on our company priorities, financial/ technical roadmaps, and GOALS. 

TKO is two days of:

  1. Mainstage roadmap sessions from our leadership covering what we have done + where we are going

  2. Functional specific skills training 

  3. Cross Functional engagement + technical product training opportunities

  4. Celebration of top performers from the prior fiscal year

  5. Company wide team building

TKO is being held virtually March 8-9, 2023 from approximately  12-6pm Pacific.

TKO is scheduled for this time to allow for minimal disruption to business continuity. We recognize no timeframe is ideal for all attendees and we appreciate your commitment to prioritize and attend this event.

TKO is mandatory for all Revenue Titans (with the exception of Titans in departments such as Support that need to maintain business continuity for our customers) and Day 1 of TKO is highly encouraged for All Titans. We understand that things come up, but please try to attend or watch the sessions back if you miss. 

Yes, all main stage session on Day 1 are designed for all Titans to view and our guest speaker session on Day 2 is open for all Titans. 

Go to the "home page" and click “Register Now.” Fill out the form accordingly and be sure to register for both the main stage and training sessions you will be attending.

If you are a Titan within the Revenue organization (sales, enablement, marketing and post-sales), you are required to attend (2) training sessions per day, (4) training sessions total. Titans outside of the Revenue organization will not attend training sessions.

Main stage and training sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on the TKO website a couple weeks after the event concludes. *Please note that some sessions may not be recorded.

We made the decision to be inclusive of as many Titans as possible for TKO 2023; as a result, we decided to make the trade-off of swag and meals to stay within the budget given more attendees across the company. 

We recognize that for some of our Titans that this event runs late, unfortunately, as a virtual event no timeframe is ideal for all attendees and we appreciate your commitment to prioritize and attend this virtual event.
